1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the GOXY Word Vault Protocol platform located at arg.goxy.ai (the "Platform"), connecting a cryptocurrency wallet to the Platform, or participating in any Word Vault game or activity offered through the Platform, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these User Agreement and Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement," or "Terms of Service"), as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

1.2 Binding Nature

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GOXY Word Vault Protocol ("GOXY," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from participating in any Word Vault activities.

1.3 Capacity to Contract

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence and that you are not prohibited by any applicable law from using the Platform or participating in skill-based gaming activities.

1.4 Electronic Agreement

You agree that your use of the Platform and your connection of a cryptocurrency wallet constitutes your electronic signature and manifests your intent to be bound by these Terms, equivalent to a handwritten signature.

2. Description of Service

2.1 Platform Overview

GOXY Word Vault Protocol is a decentralized, blockchain-based skill game platform deployed on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC) Mainnet. The Platform enables Users to participate in knowledge-based word guessing challenges known as "Word Vaults."

2.2 Nature of the Game — Skill-Based Competition

IMPORTANT: GOXY Word Vault Protocol is a SKILL-BASED GAME. All outcomes are determined exclusively by the User's knowledge, vocabulary, reasoning ability, linguistic skill, and intellectual capacity to interpret riddles and deduce correct answers.

The Platform operates as follows:

a) Vault Creation: Administrators deploy Word Vault smart contracts containing a publicly visible riddle or clue, a secret passphrase stored as a cryptographic hash (keccak256), a USDT prize pool, a guess fee denominated in GOXY tokens, and an optional expiration date.

b) Skill-Based Participation: Users read the riddle, apply their knowledge and reasoning skills, and submit their deduced answer. The correct answer is a specific, predetermined word or phrase set by the vault creator—it is never random.

c) Deterministic Outcomes: The correct answer to each Word Vault is fixed and immutable. Success depends entirely and exclusively on the User's ability to correctly identify this predetermined answer through intellectual reasoning.

d) Verification and Prize Distribution: When a User submits the correct answer (verified on-chain via hash comparison), the smart contract automatically transfers the entire prize pool to the winning User's wallet.

2.3 Explicit Skill-Based Classification

The Platform is expressly and unequivocally NOT:

  • A game of chance
  • A lottery or sweepstakes
  • Gambling or wagering
  • A random prize draw
  • A game involving any element of randomness
  • A game where outcomes are determined by probability
  • A casino game or slot machine
  • Any form of betting

The Platform IS:

  • A skill-based knowledge game
  • A puzzle-solving competition
  • Analogous to crossword puzzles, trivia competitions, and knowledge quizzes
  • A game where outcomes are 100% deterministic based on a fixed correct answer
  • A game where the same correct answer wins every time
  • A game where superior knowledge and reasoning ability directly determine success

2.4 No Random Number Generation

The Platform employs no random number generator, no probability-based mechanics, and no element of chance whatsoever. The outcome of every Word Vault guess is determined solely by whether the User's submitted answer matches the predetermined correct answer. This is a binary, deterministic verification process requiring skill and knowledge.

2.5 Analogy to Traditional Skill Games

Participation in Word Vaults is functionally equivalent to:

  • Purchasing a crossword puzzle book and attempting to solve the puzzles
  • Entering a trivia competition
  • Participating in a spelling bee
  • Attempting to solve a knowledge-based quiz
  • Engaging in any contest where knowledge and reasoning determine the outcome

2.6 Blockchain Infrastructure

The Platform utilizes smart contracts deployed on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC) Mainnet. All game logic, prize distribution, and transaction processing occur on-chain and are publicly verifiable. The Platform frontend at arg.goxy.ai provides a user interface to interact with these immutable smart contracts.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

a) Your use of the Platform and participation in Word Vault games is legal in your jurisdiction of residence and any jurisdiction from which you access the Platform;

b) You are not located in, a resident of, or a citizen of any jurisdiction where participation in skill-based games with entry fees and prizes is prohibited or restricted by law;

c) You are not subject to any sanctions, embargoes, or other legal restrictions that would prohibit your use of the Platform;

d) You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations regarding your use of the Platform.

3.3 Compliance with Local Laws

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Users who access the Platform do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

3.4 Wallet Requirement

To participate in Word Vault games, you must possess a compatible cryptocurrency wallet (such as MetaMask) configured for the BNB Smart Chain Mainnet, with sufficient GOXY tokens to pay guess fees and sufficient BNB to pay blockchain transaction (gas) fees.

4. Prohibited Jurisdictions

4.1 Restricted Access

The Platform is not intended for use by, and is expressly not offered to, Users located in jurisdictions where skill-based gaming with entry fees and prizes is prohibited, restricted, or requires licensing that the Platform does not possess. This includes, but is not limited to, jurisdictions that:

a) Classify all games with entry fees and prizes as gambling regardless of skill components;

b) Maintain blanket prohibitions on online gaming;

c) Are subject to international sanctions or embargoes;

d) Have laws that would render this Agreement unenforceable or the Platform's operation illegal.

4.2 Non-Exhaustive List of Prohibited Jurisdictions

Without limitation to Section 4.1, Users located in, accessing the Platform from, or residents or citizens of the following jurisdictions are expressly prohibited from using the Platform:

  • United States of America and its territories (including but not limited to Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Louisiana, Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, and any other state that restricts skill-based gaming)
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • France
  • Italy
  • Spain
  • Belgium
  • Netherlands
  • Germany
  • Singapore
  • China (including Hong Kong and Macau)
  • North Korea
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • Cuba
  • Crimea Region
  • Any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive United States, European Union, or United Nations sanctions

4.3 User Responsibility

The inclusion or exclusion of any jurisdiction from the above list does not constitute legal advice regarding the legality of the Platform in such jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation. If you are uncertain about the legal status of the Platform in your jurisdiction, you must not use the Platform and should seek independent legal counsel.

4.4 Enforcement

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform for any User we reasonably believe is accessing from or located in a prohibited jurisdiction, without notice and without liability.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Wallet Security

You are solely responsible for:

a) The security and safekeeping of your cryptocurrency wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and any credentials used to access your wallet;

b) All activities that occur through your wallet address on the Platform, whether or not authorized by you;

c) Ensuring that your wallet is properly configured for the BNB Smart Chain Mainnet before interacting with the Platform.

We do not have access to your private keys or seed phrases and cannot recover lost wallets, reverse transactions, or restore access to your funds.

5.2 Accurate Information

Any information you provide in connection with the Platform must be accurate, current, and complete. You must not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5.3 Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to laws governing cryptocurrency transactions, taxation, and skill-based gaming.

5.4 Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to reporting and paying any taxes on prizes won. We do not provide tax advice and do not report User winnings to any tax authority.

5.5 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

a) Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;

b) Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Platform or the smart contracts;

c) Use any automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform, except for standard cryptocurrency wallet software;

d) Engage in any form of market manipulation, collusion, or fraudulent activity;

e) Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform's smart contracts or frontend code;

f) Interfere with or disrupt the Platform, servers, networks, or smart contract functionality;

g) Use the Platform to launder money or engage in any financial crime;

h) Circumvent any geographical restrictions or access the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction;

i) Transfer your wallet's participation rights to any person in a prohibited jurisdiction;

j) Engage in any activity that constitutes a violation of these Terms.

5.6 Understanding of Blockchain Technology

By using the Platform, you represent that you have sufficient knowledge and understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency wallets, smart contracts, and the BNB Smart Chain to safely and effectively use the Platform. You acknowledge that interacting with blockchain-based applications involves inherent risks.

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Guess Fees

Participation in Word Vaults requires payment of a guess fee for each submitted guess. Guess fees are:

a) Denominated in USD and payable in GOXY tokens;

b) Calculated using a live on-chain price oracle (PancakeSwap V3) to determine the GOXY token equivalent of the USD-denominated fee at the time of the transaction;

c) Collected by the Word Vault smart contract upon submission of each guess.

6.2 Non-Refundable Nature of Fees

ALL GUESS FEES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

By submitting a guess and paying the associated fee, you acknowledge and agree that:

a) The fee is payment for the opportunity to exercise your skill by attempting to solve the Word Vault riddle;

b) The fee is not contingent on the outcome of your guess—whether correct or incorrect, the fee is earned upon your submission;

c) The non-refundable nature of guess fees is consistent with all skill-based games—just as the purchase price of a crossword puzzle book is not refunded if the purchaser cannot solve the puzzles, guess fees are not refunded if the User cannot deduce the correct answer;

d) No refund, credit, or compensation will be provided for incorrect guesses, technical difficulties, User error, or any other reason;

e) You have no recourse against GOXY, the Platform, or any affiliated party for the recovery of guess fees.

6.3 Blockchain Transaction Fees

In addition to guess fees, you are responsible for paying all blockchain transaction (gas) fees required to execute transactions on the BNB Smart Chain. Gas fees are paid in BNB and are collected by the blockchain network, not by the Platform. Gas fees are non-refundable and may vary based on network conditions.

6.4 Token Approval

Before submitting guesses, you must approve the Word Vault smart contract to spend GOXY tokens on your behalf. This is a standard blockchain mechanism and is required for the Platform to collect guess fees.

6.5 Prize Distribution

When a User submits the correct answer to a Word Vault, the smart contract automatically and immediately transfers the entire USDT prize pool to the winning User's wallet address. Prize distribution is handled entirely by the immutable smart contract code and is not subject to manual intervention.

7. Smart Contracts and Blockchain

7.1 Decentralized Operation

The Platform operates through smart contracts deployed on the BNB Smart Chain Mainnet. These smart contracts execute autonomously based on their programmed code and are not controlled by any central authority once deployed.

7.2 Immutability

Smart contracts deployed on the blockchain are immutable. This means:

a) Once deployed, the code cannot be changed, altered, or reversed;

b) Transactions executed by the smart contracts are final and irreversible;

c) We cannot modify, cancel, or reverse any transaction, guess submission, prize distribution, or fee collection;

d) Any errors in User input (such as submitting to the wrong contract or approving incorrect token amounts) cannot be corrected.

7.3 Public Verifiability

All smart contract code and transaction history are publicly verifiable on BscScan (https://bscscan.com) and other blockchain explorers. Users are encouraged to review smart contract code before interacting with the Platform.

7.4 Network Risks

You acknowledge that blockchain networks, including the BNB Smart Chain, may experience:

a) Congestion, delays, or downtime;

b) Hard forks, soft forks, or protocol changes;

c) Consensus failures or network attacks;

d) Changes in gas prices or transaction prioritization.

We are not responsible for any losses arising from blockchain network issues.

7.5 Smart Contract Risks

You acknowledge that smart contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or exploits that could result in loss of funds. While we endeavor to deploy secure smart contracts, we cannot guarantee their security. You interact with smart contracts at your own risk.

7.6 Oracle Dependency

The Platform uses the PancakeSwap V3 on-chain price oracle to determine GOXY token prices. You acknowledge that oracle prices may differ from prices on other exchanges and may be subject to manipulation or inaccuracies.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Platform Ownership

The Platform, including but not limited to its design, layout, user interface, graphics, text, software code (excluding open-source components), smart contract architecture, and all other content and materials provided through the Platform (collectively, "Platform Content"), is owned by or licensed to GOXY Word Vault Protocol and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:

a) Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Platform or Platform Content;

b) Use the Platform Content for any commercial purpose;

c) Frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate any part of the Platform into any other website or application;

d) Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering methods on the Platform.

8.3 Trademarks

"GOXY," "Word Vault Protocol," and all related logos, names, and slogans are trademarks of GOXY Word Vault Protocol. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.

8.4 User Submissions

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us regarding the Platform may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you or keep such information confidential.

8.5 Open Source

Certain components of the Platform may be open source software subject to their respective licenses. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit your rights under any applicable open source license.

9. Privacy and Data

9.1 Data Collection

The Platform is designed to minimize data collection consistent with its blockchain-based, pseudonymous nature. We collect:

a) Wallet Addresses: Public blockchain data visible to anyone on the BNB Smart Chain;

b) Transaction Data: Records of your interactions with the smart contracts, which are public blockchain data;

c) Server Logs: Standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser user agents, and access timestamps for security and operational purposes;

d) Local Storage Data: Consent tracking and user preferences stored in your browser's local storage.
